Floette in Pokemon Champions: Stats, Best Moveset, Mega & How to Get
Floette is the middle stage of the Flabébé line in Pokemon Champions, a pure Fairy-type with a modest support body — and an enormous twist. Its rare Mega Floette (the Eternal Flower form) carries Fairy Aura and a 651 BST, turning a frail helper into one of the strongest special attackers in the game. This guide covers Floette's stats, type matchups, best moveset, an SP spread, its role in Regulation M-A doubles, and how to get it.
Base Stats
Base Floette is built for support, not combat: 75 Special Attack, 98 Special Defense and only 54 HP / 52 Speed for a 371 BST. Mega Floette is a different creature entirely — 155 Special Attack, 148 Special Defense and 102 Speed on a 651 BST, putting its special bulk and firepower among the best in the format. Both forms stay pure Fairy, so the type matchups below apply to both; only the raw numbers change.
| Form | HP | Atk | Def | SpA | SpD | Spe | BST |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Floette | 54 | 45 | 47 | 75 | 98 | 52 | 371 |
| Mega Floette | 74 | 85 | 87 | 155 | 148 | 102 | 651 |
Type Matchups
Abilities
- Flower Veil (Floette) — prevents stat drops and status on allied Grass-types; very situational.
- Symbiosis (Floette) — passes a held item to an ally that uses one up, enabling Berry- or Gem-sharing gimmicks.
- Fairy Aura (Mega Floette) — boosts the power of all Fairy-type moves on the field by ~33%, for both Floette and its partners. This turns Moonblast and Dazzling Gleam into terrifying special threats.
Best Moveset
Base Floette plays as a support; Mega Floette is a special powerhouse:
Mega Floette (Eternal Flower) special attacker
- Moonblast — Fairy STAB, further boosted by Fairy Aura; its primary win condition.
- Dazzling Gleam — spread Fairy STAB that hits both opponents in doubles, also Aura-boosted.
- Psychic or Energy Ball — coverage for Poison and Steel answers.
- Protect — survive a turn behind a partner or scout.
Support / Calm Mind variant
- Calm Mind — stack special bulk and power onto its already-huge stats.
- Light Screen + Helping Hand — support utility for the team.
- Synthesis — recovery to outlast.
Other tools include Giga Drain, Stored Power (huge after Calm Mind boosts), Substitute and Tera Blast.
Suggested SP Spread
With the Champions SP system (66 points, max 32 per stat), Mega Floette wants Special Attack and enough Speed to use its 102 base, with a Speed- or SpA-boosting Stat Alignment; a Calm Mind set can instead bank into HP and Special Defense to abuse its enormous special bulk. Base Floette leans HP and Special Defense for a support role. Fine-tune the Level 50 numbers in the PikaChampions team builder.
Competitive Role in Regulation M-A
Everything about Floette in competitive play revolves around its Mega. As Mega Floette it is a premier special wallbreaker and Fairy-spam enabler: Fairy Aura supercharges its own Moonblast and Dazzling Gleam and also pumps a Fairy partner's damage, so it slots naturally into Fairy-heavy offense. With 102 Speed and 155/148 special stats it both outpaces and outlasts most special attackers, and Calm Mind lets it snowball into a near-unbreakable threat. The base form is mainly a stepping stone or a quiet support piece — the Mega is the reason to bring it. Steel and Poison answers, plus faster physical attackers, are its main checks.
Evolution Line
Flabébé → Floette (Level 19) → Florges (Shiny Stone). Floette Mega Evolves into the Eternal Flower form (Mega Floette) while holding its Mega Stone.
